About Me

For those who don’t know me, I have a H.N.D in Clothing Studies and wide experience in design; pattern drafting and all aspects of sewing.  I also specialise in the use of Brother Embroidery Software.

I am able to offer a choice of courses to suit all abilities, in a relaxed atmosphere.  In order for my customers to gain maximum benefit from the courses, they are focused on small groups - a maximum of three for Fitting/Pattern Drafting courses and four for the rest. Courses run from 10.00 to 16.00 and vary between one and three days duration. 

I run a regular Sewing Group and Embroidery Software Group and have introduced project days. I wll be looking to introduce a machine embroidery quilt course in 2012. Dates to be confirmed.  Please contact me for details.

 Sewing machines are provided unless booking on an overlocker course or machine embroidery courses where you will need to bring your own machine.  Tea and coffee are provided, but you will need to bring a packed lunch with you.

My venue is the Sewing Studio at D.C. Nutt Sewing Machines in Walsall, West Midlands.  D.C. Nutt Sewing Machines is a small family run business striving to provide its customers with a complete sewing service.
